66 Coronet Molding Differences

Is there any difference between the upper trunk molding and the lower trunk molding?

NOT the 2 center moldings. I'm talking about the most upper & most lower moldings.

At a glance, they look the same......

I need the lower one, but am finding the upper is available.

I think they are the same.

I had to make mine from a pair of Charger fender moldings!

Kinda hard to find.

You see LOTS of them beat up.

Top and bottom are the same. Mine were junk so I bought the reproduction ones and the repo chrome surrounds for the taillights. They look nice but you can tell they are a repo deal. The small trim in the middle is hard to find. Purchased used ones off ebay few years back and they showed up looking like a pretzel. Ins covered it but was pissed cause they looked to be in great condition. Anyone have any in good shape please PM me!

Moparsteve. Which ones do you have? I need the ones that go across the middle of the decklid. One long top one and two pieces below that line up with the trunk lock. Looking for ones in real good shape.

I Have them! I will have to check them out again! The top one is good, it will need to be polished for sure! but it is straight! I think the bottom two are good also but will check them for sure!I won't be able to get back to you until Monday! Going out of town until Sunday. Steve
