My speedometer works, but the odometer quit. I found several others with the same problem, but I did not find a lot of options. It appears there is a nylon gear that is worn, but I could find nothing on how to fix/replace it. The speedometer assembly is zinc die cast and staked to the gauge plate, so getting it apart would be easy. Putting it back together...not so much. One guy suggested buying a whole cluster, but at $350+ and no guarantee that another junk yard odometer will work, I am hoping to find a better solution. Any ideas are appreciated!
