hello everyone,,,

quick question,,my son was driving home last night and all of a sudden all the electrical went out. The interior lights stay on while car is running. Headlights and turn signals still work but tail lights brakes lights reverse lights fog lights and dash dont work. They were all working yesterday. any info or ideas of what could have gone wrong will be appreciated.

Most likely a ground somewhere....and you have fog lamps? That would be the first thing I checked since that's not a stock item.

You might also check the bulkhead connector. The middle plug has the main power feed.

I recently had some intermittent electrical issues on the dash. I wire brushed the bulkhead connections and all looks to be working well now.

Make sure the dash assembly is not mounted loose. The dash assembly needs to be grounded. Also if the headlights are blinking on and off this could be a sign of the high beam switch on the floor going bad.

So this exact same thing happened to me last night with a new symptom; the interior lights are blinking on and off. Also, when I use my turn signal, both indicators flash. Help???
