Have a 67 383 w/ 915 heads. Casting number 5-24-67 6-16 assembly date. C-383 . This engine had a recent rebuild. When started , had a slight noise, but good oil pressure. The engine was pulled and the car sold. I got the engine in a parts buy. I turned it over by hand , and heard a noise. Pulled timing cover and found oil slinger was on backwards. Removed it and the noise went away. That is all I know about the engine.
Has Moroso Deep oil pan, Mopar Performance Black valve covers, and 4 BBL, CI intake.
