Does anyone know if the 67 Belvedere 4 door sedan front and rear wheel opening moldings fit the 67 2 door hardtop models?
Thanks

Never tried to see if the trim would interchange but have never heard anyone say they were different but I know for sure that the front fenders are the same....

I,m not sure about the rear either..I,ll bet they ARE the same!!!
Petty Blue 67 gTx

They are the same moldings.

They are the same for the front but I don't think they are for the rear.

Also the Sport Sat. is different because the wide lower moulding come into play with the wheel opening moulding.

The fronts and rears are the same for a 2 door and 4 door.

In 67, the Belvedere I and Belvedere II and GTX all shared the same wheel lip moldings front and back, regardless of body style (2 or 4 door sedan, 2 door hardtop or convertible). The exception was that none of the Belvedere wagons had wheel lip moldings. On 67 models where rocker moldings were used (67 Belvedere I, some 67 Belvedere II's and the 67 GTX, and all 67 Belvedere I and II wagons), the rocker moldings were all the same. 67 Satellites had completely different side trim that was not interchangeable with the Belvederes or GTX's (no full wheel lip moldings and no rocker moldings on 67 Satellite).

The 66 Satellite used wheel lip moldings as well, but were bent out to go around the 66 Satellite only rocker moldings. The 66 Satellite wheel lip moldings will not look right without the 66 Satellite rocker trim.

There was no Sport Satellite till '68.

Now before anyone brings it up, the 66-67 Coronet/Charger wheel lip and rocker moldings are NOT interchangeable with the Belvedere and GTX models. The 66 Coronet 500 and 67 Coronet RT share their wheel lip moldings and rocker moldings with each other ( and even the front wheel lip moldings and rocker moldings with the 66-67 Charger), but these Dodge trim pieces are not interchangeble with the Plymouth trim pieces.

Thanks for the detailed info and thanks for correcting me on the Sport Sat. thing as it was Sport Fury in 67 and your right the Sport Sat. came in 68.

I questioned all of this because it comes up for people looking for replacement quarters for 66-67 B bodies and i did not think that the entire wheel well was usable for a 2 door FROM a 4 door.

the "67 coronet 500 front lip molding is not the same as the '67 R/T. The 500 has the wide body molding going down the middle of the body and the R?T it is at the botom of the body. The coronet 440 wheel molding is also different. Ask me how I know.

Thats true, but the 66 500 wheel lip molding (and rocker panel molding) is the same as the 67 RT wheel lip molding (and rocker panel molding). Those were the only two 66-67 Coronet models to use wheel lip moldings. The 66-67 Charger Front wheel lip moldings are the same as those used on the front of the 66 500 and 67 RT. But the Charger's rear wheel lip molding is different.
