I’m pretty new to the whole Mopar world. My son Talked me into restoring A 67 coronet RT. I’m Looking for bucket seats. They seam to be very rare. Are there other seats out there that are close to the originals?

I look forward to any information you all might have.

For 67 I would think Charger and Plymouth Belvedere/GTX frames are the same.

You picked a tough car to find parts for. Not a lot of aftermarket and when you do find parts they far out way the total value of the car.

They are the same. All 66-67 bucket seats are the same frames. They differ in in the seat tracks and seat covers.

Yes they are kind of pricey even for cores.
Patience may be your best friend.

They are out there, and you need to get a set and the tracks.....which are very challenging to find. Do you have a set and they are rough?

The difference in the tracks is that 66 is adjustable for height and 67 are not.

They interchange just fine.

64-66 A body buckets look very similar.

If you can find an early 80's Dodge 400/600 or Chrysler LeBaron (square body), the seats look very similar including the head rests.

The track is a bit wider (like 1.5 inch) and you'd need to drill new holes in the floor, but they recline.

The 66 seats I have , have adjustable tracks, fore and aft, and vertically. The 67 tracks use spacers like 68. I have 67 seats, but shipping would be very expensive I believe.
