FOUND 67 Coronet Seat Pivot Bolt

Can any one help me out with just 1 seat pivot bolt for a 67 coronet bucket seat? Maybe from a junk set of seats? Sample in photo below. Somehow 1 got lost... Ugh. Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!!!

The washers are removable and there is a metal one and a rubber like one. 7/16-14 thread. Under head length is 1-1/4". Shoulder is 5/8" long and just under 5/8" diam. Looks like a seat belt bolt, but coarse thread. A similar bolt from another year may work. Thanks!

If you can't locate one a spacer/sleeve on a more standard bolt may get you by.

Yep, thats my backup plan. Ive picked up some stuff to try, but still haven't found a spacer that will work. "Good" hardware stores are hard to find where I live...
