1- find bucket seat tracks (mine were $50, but that's cheap) (you can use 2 sets of bench tracks if you have to, but there may be some fabrication work)
2- find seats (I'm using seats from a FWD 600 convertible- they are about 1.5 inches wider, but work and look "period correct") I don't think the tracks from them would work without major fabbing.
3- find the dimples in the floor pan, where the factory would have drilled the holes for buckets (I had to drill my holes to compensate for the 1.5 inches)
4- You can buy the factory style floor braces that reinforce the inboard holes (i'm just using some nuts with really big washers from my 5th Ave parts car.
Hello Johnny, Follow YY1 's advice, cause he is totally correct on the install....... I just seen a pair of 66-67 bucket seats available for this car either here, FABO, maybe Moparts, ugh...... can't remember, If I get the chance this morning I'll go and look inside the Coronet 500, as I'm sure the bucket seat braces are still in the car. Just send me a PM if interested.
...forgot to mention, I had to pound out the studs in those 600 seats, and drill new holes about 3/4 inch in back of the factory holes in the seat bottoms to use those 600 seats.
This post shows the 600 seats and factory 67 seats.
