67 coronet wagon kickpanels

mine is missing both kick panels in the front.
there is a big round hole behind it that seems to go to the outside.
while i search for kickpanels should i be searching for something else too to cover these holes?
can i just block them off?

Should be some thick insulation behind the plastic kick panels. And thats it

Other colors Not so much

Aren't those the same 66-70?

Shouldn't be holes to the outside, just the A pillar / cowl area.
