67 GTX exhaust tips mount

I see the transport brackets are still in place. So where does the hangar bracket bolt up to?

The lower outer bumper bracket bolt and nut. The inner screws into the frame rail. The transport brackets are not on the way of the GTX tips and hangers.

Here's how they are mounted on my car. They are not original on my car so not sure if 100% correct, but they fit. Had to have an exhaust shop match the tail pipes to the tips since the pre-bent pipes I got thru mail order didn't quite line up. Passenger side shown.
