67 GTX window slide help

67 GTX
All, wife went to roll window down and I heard the window slide fall to bottom of door.
Pulled everything off and found the plastic grommet in bottom of door with slide. Grommet had worn edges.
Trying to locate new grommet and learn steps on how to re-attach. Pictures would help!
