Hey everyone! I'm trying to push to get the rear of my car all fixed up and trim in place. I have a non-R/T & 500 deck lid, so I don't have the holes pre drilled for the trunk letters. I searched this forum and don't see anyone asking about the spacing and height from the top of the trim panel for the letter locations. Does anyone have this? I don't trust myself to be artsy enough to "make it look good." Ideally, I would like to work off of factory dimensions. TIA!

I haven't put mine on the original trunk. I will try to get you some pictures and measurements tomorrow.

Took these photos of my 67 r/t trunk measured from the driver side edge of trunk lid. First hole for the "letter D" is about 14.5" from the driver side edge of the lid. I can't be sure this is an original trunk but seems to be. You might want to verify measurements with other r/t owners.

Probably best to verify with someone else on the hole measurements. Now that i look, there's only one hole for the "o" and "g" letters on my trunk. Seems there should be two holes for each letter from pics i've seen online.
