Does any one know if you can buy the little bushing the wiper arm fits on. Is it only part of the pivot. arm? Looks like about a 3/8 ID and 5/8 OD bushing that slips on the Pivot arm. Thanks

I'm pretty sure that's part of the pivot. At least on my 70 it is & my old 69. If this is correct for a 67, here's my advice.
1. Make sure the "locking clip" is still there on your wiper arm. I will assume you're pushing it on far enough for the clip to engage over the pivot's "big notch" below the "bushing" you're looking at.
2. Take a look at the female splines inside the wiper arm base + the male splines on the pivot. Are they worn?
3. I've experienced worn splines & have had good luck using a smear of RTV silicone on the splines before pushing the wiper arm on. It doesn't hurt/stick to paint, it's not permanent & it's "just strong enough" to help hold the wiper arm on.
