Metal was bead blasted bare, primed, and seymour's stainless paint used for the silver with satin black for the black parts
The box itself was thoroughly cleaned with soap and water - which if you wipe down with some gun oil or the like it will shine real nice
Brand new DMT seal kit installed as well as all new rivets and screws
Original heater core tested good, cleaned up and reused. Correct heater core and stamp # for 68-69 years
Some repairs were made in the fiberglass housing with high strength black epoxy and fiberglass pieces from a donor box - the reason it's not a $700+ box
