Looks like a complete set for buckets with a buddy seat or bench? With a cleaning ,could probably be used as is or send them out for a restore. All 8 bolts are included along with 3 big flat washers & one spacer. I believe these were out of a 69 Road Runner. Drivers side retractor pulls out & retracts, as far as seen, I couldn`t pull out the passenger side & the pic of the tag is drivers retractor. One clasp has a broken spring. $150 US + shipping
