I tested the temp gauge, fuel gauge and speedo all moved with power. It needs some clean-up and detail but is complete. Its been boxed and dry for years $ 75.00 plus shipping. pay pal thanks.

I was asked about the tape on the back. Its fine its padded tape that was just added to protect the board.
