WTB 68/69 Rear defroster

I need the 68 dash switch,
I need the hose and clamps
Also the plenum with trim bezel.
I’d like a speaker adapter as well.
Wiring if you have it.

Motor, wiring and rear deck outlet.

Looks like the same to me from the picture.
