68 C body parts for B Body

Can somebody please tell me if I can use the front disc assemblies and air conditioning components from a 1968 Plymouth Fury I for my 1969 Coronet?

Not sure about the brakes cause C bodies had bigger ball joints, but some of the A/C parts should work. All depends on what you are trying to use
