Sorry for the double post, no replies in the exterior section. I only see the '69 Charger grill badge at Year One and Classic. Are these the same or definitely not? Searched but no threads, TIA.

1969 charger grille #2898929 is chrome with black outline. The 68'is 2841886-7. My 68' doesn't have the painted outline. I have a 69' emblem, and will go out to the car to see if it will Interchange, if you don't care about the paint.

Thanks very much! I appreciate the effort, but there doesn't seem to be any other way of knowing other than to look at it and I don't have another besides my beat-to-hell '68 emblem. Yeah, I don't care about the paint if the size and the mounting studs are the same.

I was wrong about the paint. They are different, however, in that the 69 has two studs, the 68 has three. The 68 studs are also longer, so it could be the grill is thicker on the 68 in that area.

I have a nice used correct 69 Charger grille emblem it has 2 studs and one very small screw which i also have PM me if interested
