68 coronet a/c car that has larger heater hose holes

is there some thing i can do to fix that problem i do not want the a/c on car,i do not want to replace front cowl because of that,regular heater box holes are smaller?

Johnny......Replace the front cowl? I'm guessing you mean firewall. I would find a donor firewall or buy a new one (AMD makes them). Either cut out and graft in the new/donor on the right half of the firewall or replace the whole thing.

Another item to be addressed will be picking up a non ac heater box, the control cables and the control unit, to actually make it functional for heat/def/fan. Wiring harness has some difference's as well.
