You my friend are a true mopar man! Nice catch yes that's a G not an O. This is what happens when you mix beer with ADD.

If you are looking for fender tag info, you’ll need to post the SO number on the radiator support or trunk. The VIN is not on a 68 tag so if you want people like me to check fender tags, we need the SO number.

Regrettably, I have no idea. That pic could have come from a car show, a board post, an ebay ad or someone simply sent it to me.
