My steering box is leaking (cue chuckles) and I am sending it to Firm Feel. I am going to attempt to remove it later today, so does anyone have any advice or tricks for removal? Car has stock exhaust manifolds, so I truly fee if I remove the starter I’ll have plenty of room for removal. Oh, and the pin I’ll need to remove from the steering shaft can the pin be taped out from the bottom up, or only from the top down? Thanks in advance everyone!

Nut & cotter pin on pitman arm, three bolts, two hoses, and one tension pin.

Piece 'o cake.

Till it fights you.

It's also called a roll pin & goes into the "roll pin hole" in the diagram below
