I am looking at buying a 68 Coronet wagon. The car is solid but needs the seats recovered and some foam work on the front seat. It also needs door panels. They are in descent shape but not the color I want. I have not found anyone that produces either the covers or door panels. Does anyone know of any company that makes them? I have found a company that will make the panels but they are pricey!!! And I have spoken with local upholstery shops but again, pricey.
As I said, the car is super solid and my biggest cost is going to be the interior.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

I'm thinking the panels are the same as for 4 door sedans?
Legendary is the best in the biz for interiors. Have you checked them out yet?

I checked with them a while back in regards to another wagon and they told me they are different. I may have to ask them again. I checked their site again and didn’t even see anything for a 4 door at all.

As your finding out, there is practically nothing available for the wagons and four door sedans in the upholstery area. Depending upon the extent on how correct your looking to achieve, then your going to have to be satisfied with finding a close substitute and have them custom sewn. If your looking to find the correct material, then SMS Interiors can most probably supply you with the correct fabric. They can make up the seat covers and door panels, but expect an extended time period to completion and it is very expensive.

I am nit worried about matching the material or even the pattern. I would like similar but not exact. I talked with SMS about door panels. About $1000. Sounds like $3-$4k for the seats. Thank you for the advice.
