SOLD 68 Dual snorkel cleaner w breather and hose

I scored this clearer years ago when doing my other 440 build back in 2013. It’s a great 66/67 GTX/RT cleaner with the original breather and ribbed hose/clamps. I have two bases for it. The smaller throat and the bigger 5.25 base….but that base is pushed in a bit due to someone trying to get it to fit (not me) but could be reshaped. Asking $350 plus ride.

If those are oval shaped snorkels, it is correct for a 67.

That's an emissions package air cleaner, the non emissions air cleaner doesn't have the nipple.

I feel I must do my duty. That is not an R/T or GTX air cleaner. That lid will not accept a pie plate, among other visual differences.

I couldn’t count the ribs, and was only referring to the snorkels to show it wasn’t a 66.

That is a 1968 air cleaner. The oval snorkels with the top that won’t take a pie tin like you have there wasn’t available in 66-67.

The 66-67 383-4bbl would have round dual snorkels with th top like that.

A 67 GTX 440 HP air cleaner Accepts a pie tin and has oval snorkels.
