does anyone know if a engine built on 12/26 1967 could make it into a car built on jan 4th 68.the engine was built in Trenton Michigan and car was built in st. louis

Seems possible, but not likely....distance & holidays get in the way

68's had VIN numbers up top by the bellhousing and oil sender. If it matches the car you'll see a stamp up there.

Plausible but only part of the puzzle.

Back then the 'Teamsters' ruled!! Driving semi's all over 24/7, holidays(?) nah!! Kinda unlikely, tho.

Dec 26 1967 was a Tuesday and January 4 1968 was a Thursday. Possible yes but talk about just in time delivery.
