Hey fellas have a question for all you gear heads. I have a 68 gtx uni-body as you guys know. I have a 440 that I'm getting some work done on its going to be slightly over 500hp. I recently heard I should tie the frame rails together for more support so I dont twist anything if I get on it. Any suggestions? I'm not planning on racing it its just a driver. But I want to have the power in just in case an import wants some lol

If its just a driver I doubt you would need to tie the frame in, but I guess it depends on how hard you get on it. I'm sure you will get a array of answers. Some stock ones had 390 h.p. and they never tied em. Your not that far off from that. Just my thoughts.

If you want to look up my post on "Sub Frame Connectors" you can see some info. I used U.S. CarTool units. Good Luck!
