SOLD 68 roadrunner 4 speed project car

68 roadrunner 4 speed car needs total resto. Have purchased parts for car. Someone started on trunk but never finish it . The passenger quarter has been removed ready for new one. Good front fenders , good doors, new hood ,have inserts an call outs, 2 grills , 2 sets of tail lights ,good bumpers , 8 3/4 323 gears, all the chrome there i think, engine bay in primer, pedals in it , 4 speed hump in it , good floor pans, frame rails good, wiper motor in it , master clyinder in it, hear box there, dash has been totaly gone through an done, good bench seat, have a 69 383 hp motor that goes with the car ,no tranny, car comes with bill of sale but all numbers macth on the car and has been checked an is clear to get a tital for the car. I am moving an have no were to put the car right now if i did i would keep it. $ 2500.00

Is this a 2 dr hdtp? Does it have the wide trim on the rear of the trunk lid,between the tailights?..........................MO

Not sure if the pics were up when you made that comment but it's definitely a hardtop and looks like it may be turquoise to boot! Don't know why there are no RR badges on the door, but maybe there are holes for them ??

Theses are old pics when i buoght the car 2 years ago . There was a lot of stuff that i did not get. But it looks a little differant now. Its a good solid car . If i can not sell it then i will send it to the killers ( scrap yard)

Well, I'd give it a chance that's a pretty good price for a 68 RR especially a 4 speed car. Is it turquoise or blue and do you have the fender tag?

More pictures might just help you sell it. Also Cornpatch asked about the trunk lid, did it have the wide aluminum finish panel?

Where in IL are you, might help so folks can judge if it's too far for them or not.

yes it has a fender tag . yes it has a finish pannel between the tail lights. it is a green color just faded. i live in illinois willow hill il. yes it is worth doing i really dont want to sell but i have no were to put the car after i move. that is a bummer.

Well, I see you've been around a while but if post some recent pictures of the car, at least the first 6 digits of the VIN and the fender tag it will help you sell it. Sounds like it is turquoise after all, which is just a beautiful color IMHO. I see you're near Effingham and Teutopolis where there are a LOT of Mopar folks. It would probably be well worth your while to advertise it in the Effingham, Salem, and Vandalia papers. Plenty of Mopar folks around who will buy that car at your price.

Pretty tempting and at a decent price to boot,but the non title thing is a killer for me.Get a title and i bet it sells very quick.

This car, if it is a RR and you could show off the tag would probably bring about $4K+ real quick in that area and to suggest it's $2.5K or junkyard, vs just getting a title and selling it for a lot more than getting a title seems really odd, and IL is not a bill of sale state as far as I know. I am more to happy to help if you need / want any assistance with using the site, posting pics, etc. I'll not belabor this any more.
