Hey guys =)

Yesterday i watched a very nice 68' Satellite. It's original a SB car, It was in the "first Buyers Family" since 2008. It had an very very good codition, there is almost NO rust (see the pics... ) No welding, all the original metall. The chrome is also in almost perfekt condition. Many original factoring sticker are still there. Also the original Radio is there and work.

This comes with the car:
New rearaxle 3.55 Suregrip (8 3/4)
New trunk, allready installet.
New cargar rims and wheels.
New vinyl "roofskin"
New brakelines
New magnaflow exhaust.
New carpet.
New Dashcap.
New 4-bbl Cab.
New "seatcovers" (i dont know the englisch word for it :D)
And the another parts are the original, and in very good condition.
I can choose, i can get the original 273 engine or i can get a 72' 400ci and a 727.

I get the car with the engine and transmisson in it (exhaust also).

I pay 14000 Euro, to get an car with no rost and an 72' 400ci (ready to stroke :):)... in the future i want to stroke it to 451 or something like that). I must put all chromeparts on the car, and must do a new paintjob (only outside of the car, the rest is in very good condition and i want let the original paint on it). It was an "high class" model. (vin and fendertag also there)

Do you think this is a good deal ?!

Greetings from germany

Alex, it might help us to advise you, if you could give us the current exchange rate between dollars and Euros.

It seems to be on the high side but I don't know what the collector car market is like in your country.

Seems high to me also. My buddy just bought a decent 70 Satellite 318 for about $7K US. For the price of the car in question, if you had another $6K US or so I'm pretty sure you can find a rear Road Runner right here on this site. Always go for the real car if you can.

The price seems high to me considering the fact that it needs a paint job. If you have the time and skill to paint it yourself, then you might come out OK. But if you have to pay someone else to prep and paint it, then I'd suggest you get a couple of good quotes before you make a decision.

Hey guy =)

Thank you very much !
The guys on ther german MOPAR forum they the same... . they sayed the car worth max. 6000 euro (8340 Dollar)... . I think i will safe some more money and buy an matching numbers RR or something like that.... . And when i wait... i've more time to learn about the car etc... . I wont take a wrong decision.

so, thanks everyone =)
