'68 Super Bee fluid capacity

Can anyone tell me what the fluid capacities would be on a '68 Super Bee with a 383, 4 spd, 3.23 sure grip 8 3/4 rear and what fluids to use with the tranny and rear end? tried searching but cannot find anything

motor- 5 qt?
tranny- 2 qt? 80W90 gear oil?
rear end- 2qt w limited slip additive?
