i tooo need a set for my r/r.. i have now bought and returned 6 sets... none fit... a few dorman, and 3 supposely 'nos' they don't fit.. the lip from the one's off my car are a bit longer then the ones that were sent.. hence they go on, but not deep enough..
2 of the venders on ebay said i have 73/on wheels that require diff caps... how can that be as my roadrunner is a 12k mile never touched orig...
i gotta believe they are selling $hitty chinese crap as 'nos'...
Part # 618-100 will not fit your b-body(1 9/16). I ordered these from rock auto and they are to small. They are for an a-body. Have not found the right ones yet. I believe the right size is 1 5/8. Rock Auto swears they are the right one but they don't fit all three of my Road Runners or my Challenger.
Such a simple / easily damaged part it seems like they would be readily available, but not so. The Dorman catalog is wrong and since Rock Auto and others simply channel the manufacturer’s catalogs they don’t know any different. I’ve always assumed the Year One parts are correct but have never actually checked.
ok... i went to a trailer place .. picked up 2 hubs... just about perfect size.. i had to use my grinder to get em to fit perfectly, and they do... i guess if u went to the 'nat's' , if they noticed , they mite penalize u a point, but they are damn close, and they fit..
