on a 69 440 6 pack, where does the vacuum for the heater controls come from on the motor. would it be best to hook to brake booster supply line or somewhere else.
to my knowledge no '69 6bbl car would have had vacuum controls to the heater (my '69 r/t doesn't). 6bbl cars were non a/c and only a/c cars had a vacuum switch. if your car was/is a factory a/c car then just run a vacuum line from the back of the intake where the power brake line would be or if the anti-backfire valve at the power brake booster has a nipple use it.
