Hi, Here is a NOS Woodgrain dash panel for a 69? or 70? B Body, you be the judge. I know 69 was a darker tone & 70 a little lighter. At one time, Year One was buying Mopar parts & reselling them at a mark up. ( See picture ) A very slight bit of shelve/box wear ,as pictured. Long since discontinued. $100 US + shipping

I wonder what the felt on the back is for, and if all of the pieces had that?

It`s not felt ,it`s cardboard. Probably to protect the two attachment tabs from being bent over prematurely ,by accident.
