69 charger Correct door handle link

I'm going through door latch & lock parts for charger doors. I only have one outside handle and didn't have the pleasure of gutting the car before paint.
This linkage fits and operates the door latch, but a little bit broke of the end that attaches to latch and may not stay on.
The linkage does not look like the one in the service manual. Is it off an earlier model or maybe hand made.
