’69 Charger Instrument cluster/speedometer
This cluster was purchased from an auto salvage in Tulsa, OK in roughly 1987. It has marker paint that says “69 Charger” written on top side metal part.
I bought the assembly to replace a broken clock in my ’68 Charger back then. Also, in the early ‘90’s I removed the vacuum headlight switch from it to fix the one on same car, as well as the Voltage Limiter, about the same time.
This has been sitting in my (unheated/no A/C) garage in Oklahoma City (current location) ever sense then, gathering a lot of dust.
The only thing I did to it before photos, was use air gun to blow the cobwebs off – for I know that wiping dust off can scratch the lens, no other cleaning was done. What you see is what you get – for I have no idea if any gauges work. This item is exactly as it came from the salvage except I removed clock (TTT), headlight vacuum switch and voltage limiter (which all worked for me). Other than that, I have no knowledge of anything else about it.
The speedometer reads 34,416.2 miles and it goes to 150 MPH.
The only defect I see on cluster is the electrical board plugin pins. Two pins appear to be broken off (see picture below) and was not my doing.
Asking price is $135.00 (US) including freight in the lower 48 states. I can ship elsewhere but you will need to pick up the additional freight charges.
PayPal, cash, check or trades are accepted.
If paying using PayPal, then I would also need 3% additional to cover their costs.
