69 Charger on craigslist

holy hack it all to hell batman
but I guess that's better than letting it continue on it's journey of becoming one with the earth

Corvette IFS....Hell drop an LS1 in it and go to the demo derby or Crash A Rama baby! :lol:

Independent Front Suspension....Nothing like a hacked up Mopar with Corvette suspension and those horrible Corvette late 80's early 90's pinwheel wheels.....HORRIBLE! Those wheels sucked on the Vette's then and now let alone on a Mopar! Richard Cranium you could start your collection of 69's with this car!!!!
:thumbsup::rofl:

Damn !! If I only had a military humvee, I could've jumped on that..... literally.

I agree the wheels are not attractive but they are efficient at brake cooling. Nothing wrong with the corvette IFS/IRS. Those cars box stock pulled a G & better on skid pad.

Oh I get your point. But buy a Vette then. Don't add their scrap to a Mopar. They may cool, but they are hideous. I hate Corvettes. Their owners 9 times outta a 10 are arrogant asses and barely can put fuel in a car.

there is absolutely nothing neat or cool about any vette bullshit bolted or welded onto a rusted out POS charger

What gets me is how some will build a frame and then grind down welds thinking there making it look pretty. While the angle cuts look impressive to the untrained eye, my first thoughts are there are a lot of welded pieces. Were they jig welded, is there 100% penetration, are they aligned perfectly to the other side. Im not even thinking about what was done to the front. A potential hand grenade of a automobile.

The car is fine for what it is. Let some production company jump it over a river and have one less good charger ruined. It seems like lot of SEMA cars start out as Basket Cases. It brings me to a topic I think of quite often. What cars would you drive that look terrible? Some rust, crappy primer, some dents. Now that I'm into Mopars I probably wouldn't drive a crappy Mopar but I would drive a nasty, 1969 GTO or a 1981 Camaro if it ran good.

Myth Busting about the Corvette People. When I was in Corvette Clubs in Kansas we had a great time. Guys had everything from a crap '77 to a perfect '63 Fuelie. None of us were snotty. I joined the Southern Colorado Mopar Club and they were dicks with their new Chargers and Challengers.
