69 Charger Rt 440 additions to Restor

I am doing a total resto on my RT, I am planning on drivng her a lot, no trailer queen. What do you think about adding AC to a non AC car. I am also considering adding the pistol grip shifter even though it was not introduced till 70. I would also like to add a great sound system and radio. It has the factory exhaust manifold and I was thinking of adding headers inplace of them.

I am going through the same dilemma as to add AC to my heat only 69 Charger R/T.... What did you decide to do? Which system did you choose? I am looking at Classic Air perfect Fit systems.

Classic auto air has been ice cold in my 69 Coronet for 7 years. Do it. Drive the car. Wear it out.
