Just went out to start my Coronet and nothing. No crank, nothing. It's automatic so I tried it in neutral, nothing. Not a click or any sound at all. Just drove it 2 days ago, no trouble. Any thoughts out there? Battery is fully charged and the headlights are bright.

No click would be neutral safety switch, starter relay or ignition switch. In that order.

Headlights work huh. Move selector while key in start position. Put a little gentle torque on the Bulkhead Connector and spray it too. Nothing to lose.

I don't get it. The battery was down a little but the lights worked so I threw the battery charger on it last night and it starts perfectly now.

Yellow wire at the starter relay and connector at bulkhead. Recommendation to contact cleaner spray the bulkhead connectors is great advice. I like DeOxIt for this, but other sprays safe for plastic would work.

From the bulkhead connector outward, tight and clean is your key to trouble-free operation.
