I stayed away from the leaky, expensive original disc brake set up my car came with and started converting to the 74 Cuda disc brake /spindle setup. On assembly it seems the front rubber brake lines are too short for comfort, especially in a long suspension movement situation.
New rubber lines came with the car when I bought it, I assumed they were for the original Bendix calipers Should I be using the 74 Cuda style rubber brake lines for the conversion? Any issues with thread connections? Are the Cuda rubber lines longer?
If somebody has the length of 74 Cuda flexible lines, I could just compare it with mine and see if that is the problem.
Thanks for any info.
