69 gtx fender tag decoding

I have a 69 gtx, and I have been to numerous websites and I still can not decode my fender tag.
I have found about almost all of it, but there are still some numbers I cant find.
The only ones I cant figure out is the second row up from the bottom. I no they are the paint color and interior color trim
can anybody tell me where to look or decode them for me.

I have a nearly identical 69 GTX, also in F3 green. The other codes on that line are P6G, not P66, which refers to Ivy Green bucket seats and F8, which is the color of the upper door frames, also Ivy Green Metallic. Again, same as mine, however, it's a 4-speed Track Pack car.
