69 gtx steering wheel question

can someone please explain the differences is the two wheels belows Which one is an option And which one is standard. Which one would add more "value" to the car?

Yes, it came with the "Sport Wheel. Greedys on here sell them for upwards of $400. I prefer no dish, and a smaller diameter. I put on a Momo, and used a cheap Grant GT for years and it was fine. Better drivability and ergo for me. I put the Sport Wheel on the Bar to admire it.
