'69 RamCharger hood scoop placement???

Does anyone know if there is a pattern or diagram available to locate and cut holes on a 1969 standard flat hood to make it into a RamCharger hood?

I have a couple flat hoods and all the parts for a RamCharger set up but want to make sure I get the holes in the right places when the time comes...

Any thoughts on how to do this correctly or on how you may have done this are quite welcome. Surely someone has done this conversion.
