69 Road Runner fender tag

I was looking at a 69 Road Runner and on the top line of the fender tag the last code before 'END' is '26' What does this code represent? Any help is much appreciated!

26" radiator. Which meens it either has/had a.c. or a performance axle package.

It has A31 3.91 axle package, thanks for the info! If I grab this car I will post pics and details.
