69 Road Runner.

I recently purchased my wife a extremely clean 66 Charger and a 66 parts car for the running gear. 383, 727 TF etc. I found the chargers when I went to buy my 69 Cougar. Today while scavenging for parts at the same yard I found this partial 69 Road Runner. Empty shell but very little rust. I missed the picture for the fender tag but the Vin# is RM21H96290152. 383 I believe. I hate seeing it just sit there. All the window glass is there with no interior except full dash. Floor panels, 1/4's trunk all seem to be in very good shape. Rust in typical spot at lower rear window corners. I might have to go back and salvage it. Mopar bug has bitten me and the cougar has been put on the back burner until my wife's 66 Charger is on the road.

Even if you don't restore it, the car deserves to be rescued. Get it out of there. Maybe someone on this Forum will want it.

It's a '69 road runner.......it must be retrieved from its resting place. If it's as good as you think it is, then it likely could sell here if you don't want to build it. Better check for 4spd pedals too! Good luck on the recovery!

Oh and there's no cure for the Mopar bug! You're terminal.

I hope to make a deal on it next week. I've yet to decide whether to restore it or sell it. Either way I will take many photos.
