'69 Roadrunner Bench Seat Covers: Where to find this color combo?

Looking for these exact seat covers and door panels. Been searching for awhile now and seem to have difficulty tracking down this particular color combo/design regarding both seat covers and door cards. I would even be interested in some used door panels in good condition if they are the same color/design.
