Hey all I just picked up some moulding for my car but I am a little stumped on how to put it on. I got a clip kit online but they dont seem to fit. Is there somewhere I can get an install process? THanks

Do you have an FSM? It may show you how to attach the moulding and the proper clips. Everyone should have an FSM for their car.

These are the wide clips? If your car does not have the holes for the clips, don't put them on. My Coronet has the wide rocker trim and the clips I got from Year One are too soft and the trim pulls away and it looks like crap. Do RR's have the trim?

I'm 87 at Curtner. Willow Glen ish. Going to De Anza 6/1? I'll show you the car.

My Roadrunner has rocker moldings also. I bought new clips and they are too small like you say. I think I got mine from classic industries. I wondered if they make after market moldings, that are narrower. I have been looking for an answer to this too.

Less is more. Fill in the holes.

Yes mine has the holes and believe me if I would have had my way I would have filled them in! Dennis I wouldn't mind getting a closer look at them on your car. I am out by oak grove high school so we just might have to meet up.

My Roadrunner had/has them as well. I liked that it was a option on my car as I've never seen another RR with them on so I wanted to keep them. Got my clips from totallyauto and they fit great, the installation was a breeze although I'll caution on not using a lot of force (which isn't needed anyway) to pop the trim on.
