69 Roadrunner steering wheel

I have a 69 Roadrunner with the standard black steering wheel. Was there a factory optional steering wheel for 69? I like the 70 tuff wheel but don’t know if that was an option in 69. Does anybody have one of the dealer order sheets for a 69 that lists all the options that you may want to sell? I would even accept a repo.
