Good to know you! New to the site but not to Mopar, had em when you couldn't give em away, now you have to mortgage the house! I know this is the welcome wagon and I'm going to post this in other areas too but I'm stumped people so here goes:
69 roadrunner, original 383, now with a 440 6bbl. Original 4 speed car. Just bought this car and already loosing more hair. Starter will not attempt to turn the flywheel. It just make a single pop when the solenoid kicks in and it engages the flywheel. Battery is good, grounds are good. Thought for sure it was the starter since it was starting fine and then suddenly stopped. I replaced the starter with a mini starter and I still have the exact same thing...a single solid pop when the solenoid does it's thing but the starter doesn't turn the engine. Yes, I turned the engine by hand and it isn't locked up. Help a brother out!!!!

Check and clean all grounds. This happened to me and it was the ground

welcome to FBBO check the starter relay I had them click and not turn the starter replaced the relay and it started

Chances are it's the ground cable connection at the block,I did the same thing on mine . Started fine at first, then POP! I changed the starter and relay, nothing. Cleaned the ground that already looked clean, and away it went.

Welcome. Pictures required.

Ground from the battery to the chassis on mine went through the same thing a few years ago, it should attach on the upper radiator support to the negative terminal

I wouldn't think it was the relay because the solenoid is engaging the flywheel but maybe, it's cheap so I'll replace it and see what that does. On the ground issue, I have new cables and cleaned them, still no change. This is driving me nuts! My primary ground is attached to the first intake bolt on the left side, is that correct?

this is the just the welcome wagon not as much viewership &
not really intended as a Q&A tech section either
you'll get far more attention there...

Mopar 69 Plymouth Electrical Fuse & front harness.jpg

starter relay, wires, bulkhead connections, grounds, ignition switch
I'd start at the starter & go backwards

Good luck & Happy Moparing

Welcome from Michigan, nice ride, hope you get that starter issue taken care of.
