69 RR have headlights no tail lights. No power going from pigtail on floor by kicker panel. Is there a fuse for tail lights I'm thinking there is but nothing is marked. They all look good so I'm doubting it's that. Any help would be appreciated. I don't have a diagram either.

Fuse is in the fuse panel. Looking does not cut it. The fueses need to be tested.Manuals can be found here. MyMopar

Check your turn signal switch. Unplug it at the steering column and see if your getting any signals (brake, turn) out of the plug coming from the turn signal switch.

1) If your cigar lighter and dome lamp have power then the issue is NOT the fuses.
2) Make sure you have a ground connection in the trunk.
3) Don't trust the bulb - check at the sockets with a test lamp or a meter.
4) The rear end lighting has only one 6-pin connector under the dash.

That has nothing at all to do with tail lights.

I have power to the switch but none coming out to tail lights. I used a jumper wire and they worked. Wouldn't that mean switch is bad

No. You have power there for the headlights and that's a different power feed. Did you test the fuses with a meter or test light?

On the '69 RR the headlight switch turns on parking lights which include front markers, taillights and license light.

So if front markers work but not the taillights and license light then the problem is likely in the rear harness.

On the 69 RR light switch if you have power in then check the other terminals - there should be power coming out of those. If not the switch is toast. The switch only uses 4 of the 5 terminals. One is power in (16ga black) the other are 1) power out to tail and license light and dimmer switch (18ga black x2)
2) stop and tail lamp to fuse panel (18ga pink)
3) power out to headlight foot dimmer (16ga light green)

Poster needs to verify what wire has power. Because he should have two wires hot with the switch off. Switch controls two completely separate circuits.
1-The single black is 12 volt hot for the headlights only.
2-The single green feeds the dimmer switch.
These two circuits have nothing to do with tail lights.
3-The single pink is fused 12 volts hot from the fuse panel.
4-The double black one feeds the clusters dimmer control and the other feeds the park lights/tail lights.
These two circuits are park light/Tail light only. Poster needs to verify that the pink is hot then see if he has power on the double black with the lights turned on. Very simple system.
