69 street/strip roadrunner just putting out a for sale heads up

Just a heads up, I met a local shop owner looking to sell his 69 street/strip roadrunner. 2nd owner had it for 30 years, its got a 528 wedge right now, 13-1 comp putting out somewhere around 750hp. Has all the original parts to put it back to just street too. Lots of high dollar stuff tranny, rear etc. He's looking to get 35k, I get the feeling he could be talked down some. If anyone is looking I will set you up with him, real nice guy too and it sounded wicked too!

Sounds like a nice powerful car,
could be well set up & worth looking at...

I sold my old silver 68 back in 2007,
ran 9.70's N/A & 8.50's w-300hp shot N20, true pump gas street/strip car
in the peak of the market for $28k {albeit to a friend}
BUT;
I'm not in the market, but I'll keep it in mind, if anyone asks...

Yea man, I forgot to get pics just was drooling! Lol, there was a shot it in the wall pulling the wheels so it def hauls the mail. Real 69, B5 blue car and it was set up right. Indy heads all worked, dominator carb, be cool rad etc. He told me he had about 6k in the tranny alone, all rollerized internals etc. yea that price is pretty fair. Seeing as he has everything to put it back to street trim. Registered and everything. Full interior in it too. For sure pass it around. Thanks.
