I just bought my first B body… noticed there are no remanufactured front fenders for the 70…

Apologize for my ignorance in advance…

Will a 69 roadrunner front fender fit a 70?

if not what are the differences if any and if so can it be made to work?

Most everything on a '70 is different, it's a one year only thing.

You can hang them but no.

Same here.

Thank you…

I can get every other piece I need except a fender… was just curious what the differences were or if anyone has been able to use even a portion of the 69 to repair the 70
What portion needs the repair? The 69 is the same at the rear edge where it meets the door, and the lower body lines are the same. The top where the 69 has the eyebrow ridge and the 70 is smooth is obviously different, and the front few inches for the headlight area won't match up. So if it's just the bottom part that you need, you can use a 69 for patch material.

AMS NOS might have what you are looking for. Remember you can look for Belvedere, Road Runner, GTX as alternate parts cars.

Here is their parts car list. Hotsheet Listings

Just jumping into the conversation. After five years of owning my current 70 RR, I didn't realize that no one made 70 RR fenders as well until I was trying to install some new fender splash shields a month ago. I think I've gotten one NOS or NORS backup of turn signal switches, orange box, ignition switch, etc. since I had horrible luck with current reproduction electrical parts. But I think we need to lobby for these fenders to be reproduced! Anyone know someone at AMD?

If they made them one person would bitch about fitment and probably ruin the fun for everyone else. I suppose you would have to basically start a thread here on FBBO and post a poll asking how many people would buy them if they reproduced them. That's pretty much what happened with the 66/67 Belvedere quarter panels. They made it happen. Not saying it was 100% FBBO's doing but there were a ton of people interested in buying them. This thread...
